Below is a list of questions that we are frequently asked
by our customers. Please use this section to get answers to
your questions. If the information you are looking for isn't
here, please feel free to contact
us.
What is and officially licensed product and what does it
mean?
An officially licensed product is an approved product
by the specific University that may bear trademarks, images
of campus property, logos etc. Licensing insures protection
of the integrity and identity of the University, while at
the same time, royalties collected through the Licensing Program
fund scholarships for deserving students and other like minded
initiatives. Only approved vendors may manufacture and market
these products.
What is a shrink-wrapped print?
Our shrink-wrapped prints are flat against a foam core backing
and are sealed within a plastic wrap. This option is traditionally
used when giving the print as a gift without framing.
How are prints normally shipped?
Regular prints are shipped within a heavy-duty UPS tube for
ultimate protection. This is the safest way to ship our prints.
How long does it take to receive the prints?
We ship UPS ground for almost all orders, unless specified
by our customers to receive earlier. Regular prints typically
take (1) week to arrive and framed prints usually take (2)
weeks. If you need something shipped quickly, let us know
and we can accommodate.
Can you describe what your framed prints look like?
We do offer our prints framed. We utilize acid-free mats and
foam core products for museum-grade quality. The prints are
double matted, typically with a neutral gray top mat and a
denim blue inner. We use traditional wood frames. We expect
in the near future to offer images of framed prints on the
web site.
What are the shipping charges?
Regular prints included shrink-wrapped and rolled in a tube
are shipped for $10. Framed prints are shipped for $30 per
framed print.
Are your prints available at any local galleries or dealers?
We are always working on expanding our retail base, which
currently includes gift shops, art galleries, and bookstores.
Please inquire with us regarding availability within your
local area.
